Changing minds and empowering differences around neurodivergence.

Because difference is everywhere – and change starts in every conversation.

Dyscourse, as its imaginative name suggests, was created by its dyslexic founder Meryem, to inspire ongoing conversations that raise awareness, challenge mindsets, and change the way the world sees neurodivergent individuals.

As a consultancy, training, and mentoring organisation we facilitate transformation through dialogue while celebrating and championing neurodivergence.

Through conversations, workshops, and coaching, we help individuals and organisations see beyond the label – amplifying neurodivergent voices, fostering inclusive environments, and creating lasting cultural change that redefines how society understands neurodivergence.

Why conversations matter

Through open dialogues we can dismantle barriers, address challenges and create a healthy space for neurodiverse individuals to thrive.
